How are carrier fees determined?

Carrier fees are small surcharges that mobile carriers (e.g. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) charge for sending messages using their networks. These fees vary from carrier to carrier.

What is the cost of a dedicated phone number?

Postscript offers two options when it comes to your SMS phone number: a dedicated short code (DSC) or a toll-free number (TFN).

Do I have to sign a contract?

While we offer the option to get on a contract, we do not require it.

I’m not on Shopify, but I’m interested in using Postscript. Is this possible?
